This landing page was as a part of a marketing blitz developed for clients to book for a free assessment for the health of their hair, allowing men (and women) to make an appointment quickly. Front office personel would recieve the email and call back very promptly.

This project was a holiday marketing blitz for LaserTherapy Solutions (which was fun, because every time we said the name, if only to ourselves, it was like Dr. Evil of Austin Powers fame.) The presentation was used at women's clothing shops' change rooms with each store receiving recompense for clients - a win-win situation.

Informative posters and tickets for Calgary's Business Network were created to promote the summits. On the right, the postcard had a game on the back where anyone having all the 18 sponsors sign, would be eligible for a door prize donated by the sponsors.

Business Identity

Business Identity makeover with advertisement for DL Petroleum Engineering

DL Petroleum Engineering needed a business identity makeover before attending several large scale petroleum conferences. The name changed, but Mr. Lee asked that I keep the iconic eagle in the oil drop, as it has special meaning for him and his company.

The advert is for the London Energy Conference and was created before the BI was finalised, due to a strict deadline. The brochure was also translated into spanish for the South American Global Petroleum Conference, which was a bit touchy due to dialects used across all the different South American nations.

These were created for Last Mile Solutions for sales call leave-behind references and marketing featuring some of their IP telephony products and supplementary services.

These sales sheets were developed from a letterhead that GeniusWorks had previously developed for the company as part of their business identity.

National Awareness Campaign

Advertising campaign for the Body Soul & Spirit Exposition.

A cross-section of some of the work we did for the Body Soul & Spirit Expo (inside a cross-section of a our work, seems like a paradox doesn't it?) We worked on a national campaign for the BSSE, placing ads in newspapers, magazines and other media across Canada while working collaboratively with the many PR teams for the show's guests and sponsors.

These 3D renderings were created as part of the draft process for Mr. Black's book. He was trying to conceptualize his ideas and solidify his marketing for the upcoming release.

Direct mail created for 360° Business Photos. These mailers feature images of the virtual tours that Jasmine, the owner, is Google certified with. The space on the back was left specifically for her signiture.

DVD with Advert

Creative DVD design for Rev. Terri Rambold.

We worked in collaboration with Rev. Terri and Vision Images to create this ethereal, halcyon art for the packaging for her DVD Sex, Suicide and The Empire. The Reverend was looking for a style that would convey both the capricious nature of our world contrasted against the idylic nature of divinity and the hereafter.

The advert on the left was prepared for The Science of Mind magazine, where she featured the release of her DVD.

Evolution

The Evolution of GeniusWorks iconic logo

The GeniusWorks logo has gone through a fair amount of growth and change. Starting out as a rough idea, it has evolved into something that, like ancient iconography, contains messages intended to make us not only consider our place in the world, but give us the occasional grin when we look.

There are 3 Genius's included in the logo, Da Vinci, Einstein, and Edison. Da Vinci was not only a great artist, but used his creativity to invent fantastic machines and create mysteries that are still modern day muses. Einstein, of course, is the famous creator of modern ideas with his Theory of Relativity, but also a wise teacher and educator. Edison, was a great inventor who had a great amount of ingenuity and persistance. All these are attributes we like to find within ourselves.

At the same time as the creation of the motto "Communications Inspired by Design" a latin axiom was added in order to keep us focused. 'Nihil Sine Labore' means "Nothing Without Work". That means that we will achieve nothing without putting some blood, sweat and tears in our work.
